Thermal transfer ribbons are available for all makes and models of printer. Available from standard wax grade through to chemical resistant resin grades.

We supply ribbons with various types of cores from the standard 1” cardboard core to smaller ½” cores and the plastic cores used in Markem Imaje and ICE date coders.

We supply a wide variety of colour ribbons to suit your needs, some of which are shown in the image to the left.

Godex

All GoDEX printers have Zebra emulation built in to them. This enables almost seamless swapping from Zebra to GoDEX. For many of our models it is simply a case of taking out the Zebra printer and plugging in a GoDEX. All Godex printers have an Auto Switching Feature which allows them to recognise the printer language being used. This can be done via a driver or in native code.

Sato

 TSC

In response to the growing Auto-ID market, the thermal printer division of Taiwan Semiconductor Company began product development efforts in January 1991 and launched its new line of thermal bar code printers the following year. Since then, its printers have been marketed under the TSC brand name and also private labelled and sold by several of the world’s leading bar code printer companies.  To keep pace with increased demand, TSC opened a high-volume manufacturing centre in January 2006, which produces more than 200,000 printers annually.

Annual maintenance contracts are like insurance for your customer’s printing operations. Should the printers that are covered under contract malfunction, our engineers will respond within an agreed timeframe to assess, diagnose and repair the fault to ensure that down time and lost production is kept to a minimum. In some cases, the printer malfunction can be fixed with some simple adjustments over the telephone allowing the customer to get their printing operation up and running without delay.

We offer a full range of on-site annual service contracts for all printing systems with a network of experienced industry specialist engineers who provide a first class service.

Our annual service contracts provide a fixed cost upfront allowing businesses to budget in advance for potential malfunctions to printing operations, whether these consist of single printers or hundreds of printers spread across multiple manufacturing locations.
